For engines:
Noises when hot or cold, smoke, idle stability and the date of the last valve adjustment;
Oil type and date of the last oil change.
Spark plug type and replacement date...
For the fork:
Fork oil, date of the last fork oil change and whether anti-dive is fitted
For the brakes: provide the same level of detail
