Membership and renewal terms
Membership costs €40 per calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December. The club checks registration and payment before opening private access. Existing active members have their already-paid membership recognized by the manager without a second payment for the same period. Free forum registration provides separate discussion access.
Before October 1st, the membership fee applies to the current year. From October 1st, fees for the following year are available. After the club verifies payment, access runs from the payment date until December 31st of the paid year, including the end of the previous year for an advance payment.
Automatic renewal is optional. It requires approved membership, an unticked consent choice and card authorization with SumUp. The first due date is displayed before consent; later payments are annual. Late authorization is deferred to allow prior notices, and any intervening year is renewed manually.
A prior renewal notice is sent about 45 days before the due date, followed by a reminder one month before naming the club, €40, the scheduled date and the free cancellation link. You have at least one month after the reminder to cancel. No automatic payment is submitted before this period ends. If required notices are not recorded, payment is suspended for club review.
Stop renewal in My details, through the email link or the permanent site link. This stops future payments and preserves already-paid membership until expiry. Confirmation is emailed. A payment already submitted to SumUp may still complete and must be checked with the club. Any amount change requires new consent.
Setup uses a temporary €1 authorization refunded by SumUp; it is not an extra membership fee. Issues, refunds and special requests are handled with the manager. Donations are voluntary, separate from membership and grant no additional private access. No tax deduction or tax receipt is promised.
